It was as expected, had a fine stay for amazing value. The hotel was clean and the location was great and absolutely perfect in the middle of the city. The staff were incredibly nice! Location: the property was not far from Heerenveen, and Holland❤👌👍

My room was very clean and the hotel had nice bar area to relax in.

The location was out from the centre so you had to take the bus. However there was a stop very close to the hotel. The price @ 68 euros for a single room I thought was very expensive.

The food available for breakfast was very good, and there was a very large dining area.There were plenty of nice seating areas in the hotel and the rooms weren't too bad

The reception desk was a table in the middle of the floor, and the hotel was fairly remote from the centre of the city. I saw very few people around the hotel on the night I stayed (a saturday), and the restaurant stopped serving food at 9pm, which was too early for me, but not a negative against the hotelit just felt as if it was empty and had no atmosphere.. I got in at 10, and there was only me and 1 other guest in the bar, and nobody came in or out in the 40 minutes that followed. Also the room was ok but fairly basic

Good location for waht we required. Reception was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are adequate in size but do vary considerably - one room of the two we had was 50% bigger than the other. Breakfast was good, and entertaining - watching the repairs to the large juicing machine.

There was confusion at checkout with incorrect charges made from the restaurant - one meal not charged and the other charged twice. Took about 4 days after my return to sort out.

The hotel had an amazing play area for the kids, perfect for their endless energy. It was a great place to meet up with other families, allowing us to socialize and have fun together. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a friendly and inclusive environment for everyone. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to spend quality time with our loved ones.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities organized by the hotel.

Request for one large bed was not noticed - hotels has hardly one....

The location of this place is fantastic, being very close to restaurants, the city center, and the lake.

Personnel was rather friendly and helpful. Check in, check out went quick.

The room I got clearly had not been cleaned. There were traces (and smell) or urine on the toilet seat. There was still ash in the small ashtray located above the sink. Reportedly the hotel has been non-smoking for several years, so that should explain the cleaning policy. For me Haje is a once in a lifetime experience. I will not return here.

Proximity to the city, motorway and other towns.

The shower/bath was very poor and spoilt a good experience.
